Welcome to The Urban Cleaning. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. By booking a service with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use The Urban Cleaning’s services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to The Urban Cleaning, located at 604 Janki, Sindhubhavan Rd, Rajiv Nagar, Ashok Vatika, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059.

“Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to you, the person booking our services and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions.

“Service(s)” refers to the cleaning services provided by the Company, including but not limited to residential deep cleaning, office cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning like water tank and AC cleaning.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All service bookings must be made through our official website, phone numbers, or verified communication channels.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from The Urban Cleaning.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices for our services are provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to alter prices if the condition of the premises differs significantly from what was described during booking.
• Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless previously agreed otherwise.
• We accept cash, UPI, and standard electronic payment methods.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• By the Client: You may cancel or reschedule your booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• By the Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness, equipment failure). We will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at your earliest convenience.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide our cleaning professionals with access to the property at the scheduled time.
• The Client is responsible for securing any valuables, cash, jewelry, or fragile items prior to the commencement of the cleaning service.
• Access to running water and electricity must be provided by the Client to carry out the cleaning effectively.

6. Liability and Claims

• The Urban Cleaning exercises utmost care during service delivery. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or damages arising from faulty installations or poor maintenance of fixtures.
• Any claims for damage or dissatisfaction must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate the claim and, if validated, offer a re-clean or fair compensation.
• We are not responsible for any damage to items that require special care or cleaning methods if we were not explicitly informed beforehand.

7. Safety and Working Conditions

We prioritize the safety of our staff. If the working environment is deemed unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary beyond the agreed scope of work, our professionals hold the right to refuse service. In such cases, a minimum visitation fee may apply.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information collected during booking (name, address, phone number, email) will be used solely for the purpose of service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10. Amendments

The Urban Cleaning reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or direct communication to clients.
